BOOK THE BOUNCE HOUSE! 100/10 experience! 100/10 a good time! Great communication from booking to set up and pick up. Very clean, very kind, and the highlight of the party. Kids stayed busy, and we got to enjoy our time too. Already planning our next booking. The XL Beach Camper combo was very on brand for our “road trip to Buccees” party! This is our 3rd time using them and always a great experience ! From start to finish, everything was absolutely wonderful. The water slide was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our event. The setup and pickup were both quick and professional, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The kids had an absolute blast, and it definitely made the party extra special! I am extremely impressed with not only the products they offer, but the customer service. I accidently booked my service for the wrong day and didn’t realize until last minute. Richmond Hill Bounce and Slide went out of their way to ensure our event wasn’t ruined (due to my mistakes). That’s what sets them apart from the others! Customer service top notch! We had an amazing experience with RH Bounce! From start to finish, everything was so easy and stress-free. Bobby was fantastic to work with, and the delivery and pickup were right on time and completely hassle-free. The water bounce house was clean, in great condition, and was the highlight of our party! The kids (and even some of the adults!) had an absolute blast all day long. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had. We had 30 kids and it was perfect! If you’re looking for a reliable company with excellent customer service and top-quality inflatables, I highly recommend RH Bounce.
